Ulrike Adeneuer-Chima

Ulrike is a Senior Accredited (MBACP) Counsellor & Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor & Wellness Coach with 14 years of experience working with severe mental health problems. Especially depression & anxiety disorders, phobias, panic attacks, social anxieties & obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) as well as trauma & abuse. She is also a Mindfulness Based Trauma Therapist, Couples Therapist & NLP Practitioner; she combines her  experience & training using an integrative model of psychotherapy & coaching.
Ulrike has overcome her own unhealthful eating habits and now holds several qualifications in eating disorder therapy. She will help you to feel better about yourself & transform your eating habits. She can help you with sensitivity & understanding to recover from  Bulimia, Anorexia, Binge Eating, Body Image Problems, Obesity & Emotional or Comfort Eating, to  lead a happier & more fulfilling life.

Vathani is a Person Centred Counsellor with an MSc (Exercise & Health Behaviour), BSc (Physiology), & Diploma (Sports Psychology); offering counselling for all eating disorders & obesity, plus lifestyle coaching for weight loss. She runs therapeutic groups to beat bulimia & support groups for parents/carers. Author of a self-help e-book, she also gives seminars, talks & workshops. Also a certified Reiki & EFT Practitioner.

Heather Coombe

Heather is an experienced integrative counsellor who works in a person-centred way. Experiencing her daughter’s illness & recovery from anorexia motivated Heather to specialise in eating disorders & she is now a qualified NCFED Master Practitioner in eating disorders & obesity. Heather’s approach is two-fold; practical interventions, including nutritional guidance, alongside core counselling, which focuses on associated issues such as lack of assertiveness, low self-confidence & poor body image.

Nicky Callus

Humanistically trained, Nicky uses an integrative counselling approach with her clients, drawing from a range of therapeutic models. She works in private practice with eating disorders & other presenting issues including relationship, bereavment & alcohol dependency. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Eating Disorders with NCFED & follows their guidelines for eating problems. Nicky’s style is warm, collaborative & enthusiastic, as she encourages & supports people to develop a more balanced & fulfilling life.
