Marni is a Registered, Accredited Psychotherapist & Counsellor, Master Practitioner of Eating Disorders & Obesity & a Certified Coach. She uses an integrative approach that includes EMDR, NLP & Hypnotherapy, alongside proven nutritional interventions, to assist clients in overcoming their food related issues where psychological or deeply embedded emotional factors are involved. She is a certified Mediator, incorporating her Coaching & facilitation skills in complex family groups or relationships where required. Marni  offers a discrete, confidential, professional & compassionate therapy for ALL eating  disorders & body image issues.  Having overcome her own food/exercise issues in the past, she understands how one’s life can be taken over completely. Shauna is a leading Weight Management Coach in Northern Ireland. She believes that effective weight management comes from treating the person as a whole. Her broad range of qualifications ensures her approach is cutting edge, which may include dealing with binge &emotional eating. She is a qualified Practitioner in Eating Disorders & Obesity with  NCFED, an Advanced Life Coach,  NLP practitioner, hypnotherapist, time line therapist, Dru yoga teacher, Transform Your Life teacher from The Diana Cooper School & a Silva Life graduate & Mindlinks graduate.  She aims to help you make lasting changes for greater results in their own lives by empowering you with a range of tools & options. One to one sessions & group workshops are available.

Maryanne Steele Oxfordshire

Maryanne is an experienced Psychological Therapist  & Eating Disorders specialist. She has long experience as a therapist within a NHS Eating Disorders service & now practices privately. She believes that change takes place when you are carefully heard & understood through a relationship which is central to recovery. She uses Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) & Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to help you make sense of WHY you have an Eating Disorder & through this understanding, gives you the tools & skills to work towards sustained recovery. She works safely within the NICE guidelines from assessment & throughout your treatment across the whole range of Eating Disorders. She will also see you if you are struggling with more complex Eating Disorder issues which  include Diabetes & Eating Disorders, Cross cultural issues, Binge Drinking, Self harming, or she can work with your antenatal team to help you through a pregnancy if you struggle with an Eating Disorder.

Christina De Buchet

Christina has successfully mastered her own food issues & is an NCFED Master Practitioner in eating disorders & obesity. She is also a Master Practitioner of NLP, a Master Hypnotist &  Master of Timeline Therapy as well as an advanced EFT practitioner. Christina specialises in undereating & overeating disorders & has helped hundreds of clients overcome their dysfunctional relationship to food as well as associated issues such as anxiety, lack of assertiveness, low self-confidence & poor body image. She does this through a combination of nutritional, behavioural & psychological interventions. She speaks English, French & German.

Kim Shaw

With previous experience both as a sufferer and as a carer, my eating therapy practice is dedicated to give specialist support to anyone struggling with eating problems and also to carers and young people over 14 years of age. I am a fully trained integrative therapist, a Master Practitioner in eating disorders and a certified practitioner in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). I want to help you to understand your own unique eating puzzle.
