Tricia is a clinical supervisor &  has many years experience with one to one & group therapy for eating disorders, relationships, co-dependency & addiction problems. She has three recognised diplomas in counselling for eating disorders & addictions as well as psychodrama training. She has an MSc in Addiction Counselling & Psychology & is a qualified hypnotherapist & NLP practitioner. Tricia has completed a year in Somatic Experiencing & undertaking a Mindfulness course.

Victoria Hugh-Jones

As a qualified counsellor, Victoria works both as an addiction recovery programme & in private practice specialising in eating disorders & behaviour. She also runs a weekly group open to those who wish to explore & change their relationship with food.

Sheena Gibson

Sheena is a counsellor & therapist whose pratice is informed by her fundamental belief in the human potential for growth & change given suitable & appropriate condtions & support. She has experience in working with different cultures & has worked with addiction, depression, eating disorders, anxiety, loss & bereavement. She works with adolescents, also in private practice & in an educational setting.

Rachel Flacks

Rachel is a fully qualified & experienced BACP Accredited counsellor with a holistic, client-centered approach to her work. She offers one to one assistance in a supportive, confidential environment, where eating concerns & other issues can be safely explored. She also supervises trainees and experienced counsellors..

Melanie Phelps Distance

A chartered psychologist & qualified nurse of 18 years with a Bsc Hons in Psychology, a Diploma in hypnotherapy & MSc Counselling Psychology. Melanie offers professional & friendly help, support, guidance & therapy tailored to suit each person she treats. Telephone, internet & one to one sessions available.

Manju Verma

Manju has a certificate in counselling, a Diploma in Integrative Counselling, a post-graduate Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, has completed an NLP course & finished an MSc in Therapeutic Counselling. She has long standing professional experience with eating disorders.

Janice Chadwick

Janice has a post graduate diploma in psychodynamic counselling from Goldsmiths College, diplomas in psychology, psychotherapy & an advanced diploma in Eating Disorders.  Her experience includes working in a 6th Form College, junior school & a children’s hospital.  She has been practising for 15 years in her own practice seeing adults and adolescence. She has had to deal with various problems & experiences which have come her way.  She tries to find a way that you can come to terms with your problem & resolve the relationship between yourself, food & addiction.

Heather Bentley

Heather is a qualified Counsellor, Cognitive Hypnotherapist, Certified NLP Practitioner & Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders & Obesity. She works privately with individuals aged 16 & over presenting with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, obesity & body image issues. Heather works holistically & integratively, offering eating disorder therapy tailored to the unique needs of the individual client. She is supported in her work by a dietician specialist in eating disorders.  

Greg Szanto

Greg graduated at Oxford University before obtaining his Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling at Wealdon College. He practises privately, specialising in eating disorders. He is also the Director of a Training Institute running training programmes for counsellors, psychotherapists & members of the helping professions.

Elizabeth Evangelista

Elizabeth is a qualified counsellor, psychotherapist and clinical supervisor. She is also a recovered sufferer of bulimia. She has extensive experience of working with all types of eating disorders & problem eating, in addition to working with low self esteem, addictions & other issues. She works with her clients to tackle in a practical way the symptoms as well as the underlying causes. She also teaches & supervises on a counselling course.
