Humanistically trained, Nicky uses an integrative counselling approach with her clients, drawing from a range of therapeutic models. She works in private practice with eating disorders & other presenting issues including relationship, bereavment & alcohol dependency. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Eating Disorders with NCFED & follows their guidelines for eating problems. Nicky’s style is warm, collaborative & enthusiastic, as she encourages & supports people to develop a more balanced & fulfilling life.

With previous experience both as a sufferer and as a carer, my eating therapy practice is dedicated to give specialist support to anyone struggling with eating problems and also to carers and young people over 14 years of age. I am a fully trained integrative therapist, a Master Practitioner in eating disorders and a certified practitioner in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). I want to help you to understand your own unique eating puzzle.

Noola is an accredited Psychotherapist who works with addictions in a treatment setting. In private practice she works with a mix of clients presenting with eating problems, relationship issues, trauma & dissociation, drug & alcohol symptoms. She follows the NCFED guidelines for eating problems using a humanistic approach, sensorimotor psychotherapy & cognitive behavioural interventions.
