I am a counsellor/psychotherapist with an MA in Clinical Supervision, a qualified psychiatric nurse &  Master Practitioner of Eating disorders & Obesity. I use an integrative approach to help clients overcome their food problems where psychological or emotional factors are involved. I offer compassionate, professional & practical support for eating & body image issues, including bulimia, binge eating, restrictive eating, chronic dieting, food cravings & emotional eating. Dr Yolanda is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist & Psychotherapist. Her qualifications are: DCPsych Counselling Psychology & Psychotherapy; MSc(Psychology); BSc(Psychology); BST Dip; Eating Disorders Dip; Clinical Hypnosis Dip, Clinical Dip. Integrative Psychotherapy. She works within an integrative framework including: EMDR, CBT, EFT, NLP, Mindfulness, advanced Clinical Hypnosis. She has extensive experience treating binge eating disorder, anorexia nervosa & bulimia nervosa. She is particularly interested in self concept, anxiety, body image connection & relationship issues. She also treats phobias, obsessive compulsive disorders, depression, anxiety, panic & trauma, body dysmorphic disorder. She carried out a Doctoral research into the effectiveness of clinical hypnosis within an integrative framework. Speaks English & Spanish
