She is also a Master Practitioner of NLP, a Master Hypnotist &  Master of Timeline Therapy as well as an advanced EFT practitioner. Christina specialises in undereating & overeating disorders & has helped hundreds of clients overcome their dysfunctional relationship to food as well as associated issues such as anxiety, lack of assertiveness, low self-confidence & poor body image. Debbie offers a comprehensive counselling and psychotherapy service. Janice has a post graduate diploma in psychodynamic counselling from Goldsmiths College, diplomas in psychology, psychotherapy & an advanced diploma in Eating Disorders.  Her experience includes working in a 6th Form College, junior school & a children’s hospital.  She has been practising for 15 years in her own practice seeing adults and adolescence. She has had to deal with various problems & experiences which have come her way.  She tries to find a way that you can come to terms with your problem & resolve the relationship between yourself, food & addiction.
