She works privately with individuals aged 16 & over presenting with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, obesity & body image issues. Heather works holistically & integratively, offering eating disorder therapy tailored to the unique needs of the individual client. She is supported in her work by a dietician specialist in eating disorders.
James Lamper
James is a Psychotherapist &Clinical Director, who has specialised in the treatment of eating disorders for over 11 years. He can quickly get to the root issues behind eating presentations, & creates bespoke treatment plans to help promote positive change & recovery. His extensive knowledge of exercise and nutrition, combined with his TA psychotherapy & coaching training, give him a unique blend of skills to help you change your relationship with food, weight, eating & your body.
Jane Moses
Jane is a Health Psychologist and a registered Practising Psychologist with the HCPC. She has specialist training for working with people with eating disorders & is happy to see adults with any kind of eating related problem. She also specialises in working with people with diabetes, CFS/ME & other long-term conditions & also people effected by trauma.
Her work can be done in person or via the telephone. She usually has daytime &evening appointments available during the week and also at weekends

Adam has worked in the therapeutic field for 20 years, in both private practice & in the voluntary sector. He is trained in Person Centred Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy & Mindfulness Practice. He also draws on Psychodynamic approaches & Transactional Analysis. Adam is an accredited member of the BACP & NCFED as well as being a qualified clinical supervisor & provides supervision to both trainees & qualified counsellors..

She is passionate about her work & is known for her ability to work tirelessly with compassion & a warm personality that quickly puts people at ease. She is also a trainer working with both the public & professionals in this field.
