Danielle is a qualified Integrative therapist & has an Msc. in Addiction Psychology & Counselling as well as certificates in attachment based couples counselling. Danielle holds the NCfED Practitioner Diploma in Eating Disorders, specialising in anorexia, bulimia & binge eating. Laura Phelan

Laura has no formal Accredited psychotherapy qualifications, but she has passed the NCFED Practitioner Diploma for working with eating disorders. Laura is currently undertaking an accredited Level 2 counselling skills course. She has experience with coaching & mentoring eating disorder sufferers & helping people with poor body image & low self worth. Due to Laura’s recovery from anorexia, she has a deep insight into the recovery process & is acutely aware of how scary it can be to change. She offers a warm setting to explore feelings, beliefs & attitudes to food, weight & body image, empowering you to positively work towards regaining a healthy balanced relationship with food & an enjoyable life thereafter.

A Dr Vanessa Bogle

Vanessa is a Chartered Health Psychologist & is on the British Psychological Society Register of Coaching Psychologists. She also has a BSc(Hons) Fitness & Health and our Master Practitioner award in Eating Disorders and Obesity. She uses a range of therapeutic approaches & has been trained in nutritional rehabilitation to support emotional change & help each person find their way to develop a more positive relationship with food. Vanessa strives to build a trusting relationship, to understand your story & help you to make sense of what is keeping you stuck. In this way she will guide you toward the most effective way to improve your well-being & get more out of life.

Liz is an Integrative Therapist (BSc. Hons Psychology) who has worked as a counsellor/therapist since 1998. Liz works with people who have eating disorders & also has experience in working with depression, PTSD, anxiety, bereavement & anger issues. Ulrike is a Senior Accredited (MBACP) Counsellor & Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor & Wellness Coach with 14 years of experience working with severe mental health problems. Especially depression & anxiety disorders, phobias, panic attacks, social anxieties & obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) as well as trauma & abuse. She is also a Mindfulness Based Trauma Therapist, Couples Therapist & NLP Practitioner; she combines her  experience & training using an integrative model of psychotherapy & coaching.
Ulrike has overcome her own unhealthful eating habits and now holds several qualifications in eating disorder therapy. Christina has successfully mastered her own food issues & is an NCFED Master Practitioner in eating disorders & obesity. She is also a Master Practitioner of NLP, a Master Hypnotist &  Master of Timeline Therapy as well as an advanced EFT practitioner. Christina specialises in undereating & overeating disorders & has helped hundreds of clients overcome their dysfunctional relationship to food as well as associated issues such as anxiety, lack of assertiveness, low self-confidence & poor body image. She does this through a combination of nutritional, behavioural & psychological interventions. She speaks English, French & German.

Tricia Woolfrey in London

Tricia is an advanced clinical hypnotherapist offering counselling, hypnotherapy & coaching at her practice.
