Laura has no formal Accredited psychotherapy qualifications, but she has passed the NCFED Practitioner Diploma for working with eating disorders. Laura is currently undertaking an accredited Level 2 counselling skills course. She has experience with coaching & mentoring eating disorder sufferers & helping people with poor body image & low self worth. Due to Laura’s recovery from anorexia, she has a deep insight into the recovery process & is acutely aware of how scary it can be to change. She offers a warm setting to explore feelings, beliefs & attitudes to food, weight & body image, empowering you to positively work towards regaining a healthy balanced relationship with food & an enjoyable life thereafter.
